2. Exfoliate
Every girl should know that exfoliation is one of the most crucial parts of skin care for face and body. To help reduce acne and get smooth skin, exfoliation products are needed. If you want to have healthy and beautiful-looking radiant skin then, do not skip exfoliation. It removes dead cells from your skin and corrects the texture of the skin. On top of that, after exfoliating your skin will be able to absorb skincare products like creams and lotions easier and quicker.
3. Switch your shampoo
As well as skin, hair also plays an important part in our daily life. Hair is like a “crowning glory” for women. Keeping your hair shiny and silky is not an easy task. The reason for changing is that your hair will get used to the product and all the beneficial qualities will become useless. It also plays an important role for your face to looking fresh. However, too much intake of water also can make your face swelling.
6. Use oils
It is not a secret anymore that olive oil and coconut oil can be the all-in-one moisturizer. You can use them to moisturize your face and body or you can apply it on your lips as a lip balm. They can replace your under eye cream too and help nourish your hair and make your nails look beautiful. The most dangerous type of skin cancer also may be slowed down by consumption of olive oil, which is rich in antioxidants.
7. Always protect your skin from the sun!
Please keep in mind that harmful UV rays can reach deep layers of your skin and damages it from within. It is the main cause of skin wrinkles and premature aging as well as can cause skin cancer. 8. Sleep early
Last but not least, make sure to sleep early. Get your beauty sleep and do not stay up too late. In order to prevent from dark circles and eye bags under your eyes appeared the next day, avoid ruining your biological clock.
